• Usage: Your data is used to schedule services, process payments, and send occasional business updates.
• Third Parties: We use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection and trusted processors like Venmo and PayPal for transactions. We never sell your data.
• Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal info and any uploaded files.
Part 2: Terms of Service & Payment
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the following:
• Payments: All payments for property management or cleaning services are due at the time of service via our Easy Payment Options.
• Refund Policy: Because our services consist of professional labor, we do not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to the property to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
• Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost scheduling time.
• Service Agreements: Full management services are governed by our Short Term Rental Service Agreement.
